Deuteronomy 30

Updated: Dec 23, 2021

Hear O Yisrael and consider. Consider the word of YAH as it is written. Not according to what you want it to mean, but take it as it reads.

30 And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath driven thee,

The ALMIGHTY is directing the understanding of those that were present in that time, directing their attention to a different time period, for the ALMIGHTY indicated that we would consider this after we have received the blessing and the curses, after we have been scattered throughout the earth. There is no other people that have been scattered as the so-called black man, the Hebrew people, of one of the 12 tribes of Yisrael.

2 And shalt return unto the Lord thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul;

The decree was given by YAH, that when we return to YAH, and obey his voice in the future, in the same way our forefathers heard YAH when HE brought them out of the land of Egypt, then something would take place.

3 That then the Lord thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the Lord thy God hath scattered thee.

The ALMIGHTY has spoken and it shall come to pass, for we have been scattered throughout the four corners of the earth, and no one has had the ability to gather the Nation back together, for it is only by the POWER of YAH that this can occur. For YAH has spoken, saying that when we return back to HIM, then YAH will turn us from our captivity, and have compassion upon HIS people, and will gather us from our scattering. The question is, has that happened yet? The answer is no, which means it is for our future that this will occur.

4 If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the Lord thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee:

5 And the Lord thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.

After we have turned from all other things, and have turned to YAH, then YAH shall gather us from throughout the four corners of the earth, and return us back to our land, the land of our inheritance, and we shall be blessed as a people once again.

6 And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.

It didn’t say we would circumcise ourselves, but YAH shall circumcise our hearts, and our seed, this means he will cleanse us internally, and cleanse our offspring that, our posterity, the seed carved out of Avraham, the Nation of Yisrael. It didn’t say that this circumcision executed by YAH will be performed on all people, but on the nation of Yisrael alone. And concerning the circumcision of YAH as it is written in verse 6, it’s not just our hearts that will be cleansed, but us as a physical nation shall be cleansed which is according to seed.

7 And the Lord thy God will put all these curses upon thine enemies, and on them that hate thee, which persecuted thee.

Have we seen our enemies experience the curses of affliction that we experienced yet? No we have not. So what does that tell you? It tells you it has not happened yet, and it is for a time to come. Look at our oppressors worldwide. Have they experienced the suffering and afflictions that we experience? Absolutely not.

8 And thou shalt return and obey the voice of the Lord, and do all his commandments which I command thee this day.

So in a time to come after we have been gathered together and returned to our land as it mentioned in verse 5, then we shall do all that YAH has commanded. Look around you, are we as a nation doing what YAH has commanded? No. YAH is very specific, even concerning the keeping of the Shabbat and Feast Days, couldn’t be kept outside of the land according as it is written, but our people have a hard time understanding that. That is because we don’t want to accept our punishment. We will accept the punishment of our oppressor, but when it comes to YAH, we seem to want to tell you how we will serve HIM. Something is wrong with that.

9 And the Lord thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the Lord will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:

When YAH returns us to our land then YAH shall rejoice over us as it is written above. For YAH said that HE would then bless our labor, the fruit of our body, which is our seed and or offspring, which means we shall grow as a nation. YAH has said that he would bless our livestock, and the fruit of our land. The problem is we don’t realize that this pertains to when we return back to the land that YAH has promised. These blessings are not for as we are now, still being scattered throughout the four corners of the earth.

10 If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.

Again this is talking about when YAH has returned us back to our land, and not as we are scattered throughout the four corners of the earth, as we are today.

11 For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off.

Now YAH goes back into what HE is setting before the Nation of Yisrael, our forefathers, as YAH brought them forth out of Egypt. YAH was giving them a look at what would happen if they turned from YAH, and that we did, for we are witness to that.

12 It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?

This destroys that doctrine of the new testament and jc, for YAH has spoken that it will not be that someone would go up to heaven for you, that you may be persuaded to do righteously.

13 Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?

14 But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it.

It is YAH that is with us, it is YAH that is our refuge. Consider well O Yisrael and turn from all idols, and things that have not brought forth any deliverance for you. It is now time to turn to YAH.

15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;

16 In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.

So, YAH set before Yisrael the blessing and the curse as it is written in Deuteronomy 28. YAH is saying to Yisrael in verse 16 that if you listen and do according to the covenant, to keep the commandments, statutes and judgments, YAH will bless you.

17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;

18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.

So YAH is saying, is telling Yisrael not to turn from HIM, for if they do, then they would be punished as a nation by the power of YAH. This is why we have found ourselves in this day scattered throughout the four corners of the earth.

19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

20 That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

If we did what we were supposed to do, we would still be in the land that was given to our ancestors. But we find ourselves scattered, which is how we know who we are as a people.

It is time O Yisrael, to put from among you the strange things, the things that have not brought forth any deliverance for you. It is now time to turn to YAH, with all thine heart. Stop doing what seems right in thine own mind. It is time to come together as a people, as it is written, with humbled hearts, accepting our punishment, and repenting to YAH.

This is what YAH has called us to do, as we even find ourselves in this day, still scattered, and underfoot to every nation, land, and or government of man. Put aside your emotions, due to being corrected, and turn back to YAH as a nation of people. Nothing else has worked and nothing else will. Consider your MAKER, THE ALMIGHTY YAH, KING OF kings, POWER over all power. Hear and consider.
